Support The Menopause Care Equity Act (AB 432)

Menopause will impact every woman who reaches that time of life, yet most doctors get less than a day of training on menopause in medical school. Our healthcare system is failing us and leaves millions of women misdiagnosed, dismissed, and forced to navigate this stage of life alone. The result? Years of unnecessary suffering, higher medical bills, and missed opportunities for life-saving preventive care.

We need your help to pass
The Menopause Care Equity Act (AB 432) in California. This bill mandates insurance coverage for the evaluation and treatment of menopause symptoms and trains doctors to give women the care they deserve. It’s a historic opportunity to close the gap in women’s healthcare — but it won’t happen without your voice.

We’re asking you to join us in urging Governor Newsom to sign AB 432 into law. By signing this letter, you’ll send a message to Sacramento that California women in midlife deserve access to quality healthcare and the resources and understanding to navigate menopause with dignity and in good health. Together, we can close the gap in care and create a future where no woman is left to face menopause alone. Thank you to our local Bay Area Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan for her leadership in creating and passing this bill.
